NO FCRA USE. Green County Court Docket is privately operated and has no affiliation with a court or government agency. It is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. 1. What This Website Is

Green County Court Docket is an independent reference website. It is not operated, sponsored, or approved by the Green County Circuit Court, the Green County Clerk of Circuit Court, Wisconsin courts, or another government body. It cannot access an internal docket, file papers, alter a setting, or act for a party.

The website describes routes to official custodians, including Wisconsin Circuit Court Access and the Clerk of Circuit Court. It may also present search tools supplied by outside companies. It does not hold the official record.

2. Informational Use Only

Content is offered for general reference. Explanations of Green County cases, dockets, public access, and clerk procedures do not replace a court order, the official file, or advice from a qualified lawyer. Confirm any material fact with the court or clerk responsible for the case.

3. Rules for Using This Site

A visitor agrees not to:

  • Use the website in violation of federal, Wisconsin, or local law
  • Harass, threaten, stalk, or harm another person with information found here
  • Use content for employment, housing, credit, insurance, or another regulated decision
  • Attempt unauthorized entry into any system or account
  • Send bots, scrapers, or other automated collection tools against these pages
  • Interfere with performance or another visitor's access

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Green County Court Docket does not create background checks, consumer reports, or credit reports and is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. The website and its advertising partners do not provide services designed to:

  • Make hiring or termination decisions
  • Evaluate a renter or housing application
  • Assess credit or insurance eligibility
  • Determine eligibility for a license, benefit, or government program
  • Carry out any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

Public court information can be incomplete, restricted, amended, or mistaken for a record concerning someone else. The user accepts responsibility for complying with all laws governing any information they obtain.

5. No Legal Advice

Nothing published here forms an attorney-client relationship or provides legal advice. Questions about a pending Green County case, a deadline, access restriction, or the effect of a ruling should be addressed to a licensed Wisconsin attorney.

6. Accuracy Is Not Guaranteed

No promise is made that content, links, partner results, or technical services will always be complete, accurate, current, secure, or available. Court offices may change fees, hours, procedures, and contact details. Docket events can be filed, corrected, rescheduled, restricted, sealed, dismissed, or amended.

Wisconsin Public Records Law, including Wis. Stat. ยงยง 19.31, 19.35, and 19.36, sets policy and limits for records held by public authorities. Court records are also governed by court orders and specific confidentiality, sealing, and redaction rules. Those laws do not make this private website an official source. Verify a date, status, or filing with the Green County Clerk of Circuit Court or the court that maintains it.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Links may point to official court pages, the Green County Clerk, Wisconsin case-search systems, legal resources, advertisers, or outside search companies. Those destinations control their own information, fees, uptime, privacy, and terms. Green County Court Docket is not responsible for their operation or results.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless another owner is identified, the site's original text, design elements, logos, and code belong to Green County Court Docket or its content partners. They may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used to create derivative material without prior written permission.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the greatest extent allowed by law, Green County Court Docket is not liable for losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website or an external service. This limitation includes losses tied to a decision based on incomplete, outdated, or incorrectly matched information.

12. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be revised when practices, services, or legal requirements change. A revision takes effect when the new version is posted here. Effective date: September 7, 2026.
